gq lwb -- movement in rear adjustable arms
Re: movement in rear adjustable arms
Were the arms new ? If not do they have new bushes ?
Re: movement in rear adjustable arms
they were new and in another rig for 3 weeks then he went long arm kit but every thing is tight in and around the bushes
Re: gq lwb -- movement in rear adjustable arms
remove the "orbital bushes" and just fit standard bushes that is all that is needed.
We have done the R@D on bushes and you do not need anything apart from a standard rubber bush.
My old comp truck used long arms with 18 inch remote res shocks as well as a lot of other bits and it used the whole lot of the suspension without binding in the bushes.
rod ends , orbital eyes , johhny joints are all noisy and transmit vibrations and road noise into the cab as well as they cost a lot more for good quality ones.
Have a look at most comp trucks they still use rubber bushes.

also,
when u do replace the bushes, buy some genuine nissan GU ones. they are not very pricey and last longer then most aftermarket stuff.
