i bought a led interior light for my car, i need help wiring it up, i have no existing interior light wiring loom, so i have to start from scatch. how i want to set the light up is, just have a manual switch in th dash to turn it on and off,i dont want the door sensors turn to turn light on and off when i open the door, can someone give me a run through on how to wire it up from the fuse box?

An led drains stuff all, so just tap into any wire with full time power, and put a switch spitting the positive wire.
People might not approve, but i wouldn't bother with relays and what-not. It's an led that drains minimal power and would be on for only a short amount of time.
If you wanted to get serious, I guess wire it up like a spotlight through a relay
