I think this is possible, not real sure about leafs.
id say atleast 5 to 6 inch lift if not more

Not real keen on the spring over conversion,at least not yet anyway.Happy to run just 33's.New suspension will give me around 50mm and i might go for a 2inch body lift down the track a bit.The springs are pretty nackered, they have a overide tipe of leaf on them that bounces agaist the floor, drives me nuts and it rides a little to harsh aswell.

The SOA isnt that hard if you can weld.... 99% of the "how to do it" is in my thread in the members section....

But by the sounds of it you may still need to reset or purchase new spring paks if its bangin around like you say.

HAH! u have to be joking. A body lift takes about 3 hours and is straight forward as, just unbolt and bolt back up )
A SPOA is all new braketing made, then welded not to mention caster and the all important steering. For someone who is doing on from scratch it could take 2 weeks rather and 2 hours or a body lift.

best advice I can give you is buy a "towing spring pak", with this option you can always remove leaves to get better articulation then add them back in later if it starts to go soggy again.
Its a waste of time getting them re-rolled as they generally sag after a few offroad trips......

I fitted Iron Man springs with Rancho adjustable shocks. Happy with the springs althought hey are a bit stiff. They tow great though, I towed my mates 16 ft boat, 4 blokes & all the gear & it sat level & did not do anything unusual.
If I had my time I would not fit the Ranchos again as they can only be used on the second highest setting. Setting them any lower & it drives all over the place like mad womans shit. I would go old man emu shocks instead.
