Both will vibrate to a degree. The main shifter not so much by design, however the transfer lever is a fairly solid link to the transfer, and it all vibrates considerably from the 1hz. So yeh it's normal.

The whole drivetrain vibrates quite some, especially diesels, however the majority is dampened by the engine and gearbox mounts so you don't feel it in the body.
The worst part about being told you have Alzheimer's, is that it doesn't just happen once.

Good to know about the transfer vibrating, I have notice it before when I have put my hand on it while driving that you could feel the vibrations, and was wondering if it was normal or not.

Doesn't really vibrate visibly, or rattle around and make noise.

Not sure how bad Gueey's is vibrating, he said it buzzes, does that mean you can hear it?

its more likely the rubber boot is buzzing.

its quite common for the boot to do this. fix is to move the boot around until it stops buzzing.
