lift blocks ?
just checked out lift blocks for my hj60 and it seems there are two options. alloy blocks or polyethlene blocks. also there are 1,2 and 3 inch versions. which one should i get?
HJ60, 2H-T, fairy o/d, 33" MTZ, 2" shackles
Re: lift blocks ?
They are body lift blocks and don't actually increase ground clearance. They will help fit bigger tyres though. 2 inch will help fit 33 inch tyres better. Any more than 2 inch and you will start to have problems with all the stuff that goes from the body to the chassis such as the radiator mounts, gear sticks, brake lines etc, plus it will make the stance of the truck look a bit funny. Which material is better? Well I'd say the cheaper blocks. I doubt there would be a difference in a lumpy riding old 60 anyway.
2inch body lift and 2 inch spring lift is perfect for 35inch tyres, and maintains good handling. throw in some diff lockers and it will be a very good offroad truck. lay into the guards with the grinder and you can fit 37inch and bigger tyres

The worst part about being told you have Alzheimer's, is that it doesn't just happen once.
Re: lift blocks ?
