it was only a little tree i think the flying out of the seat with out the belts done up was the most fun i had all weekend and olly the first of many trees to go i am sure thanks olly for the run the truck is getting there going down in morning to finnish it off the track is un real all you guys will love and yes dowie there are to creek crossings with water

Hey troy i will send you four armbands to cover your pitt crew , yes i would like there names bfore the Friday if possible or on Friday night. We will be sending out all the arm bands monday so if you have not paid for your pitt crew or the people camping with you , you will not received a arm band for them. They (will not get in on Friday) with out a arm band.

It looks like about 16 cars at this stage will confirm this tonight.

No alcoholic beverages are allowed. This is an alcohol free event.

The track is now in and complete. 6.5kms of dust, creek crossings, some water (not deep) and forearm torture.

A couple of vehicles have been out bedding the track in. Damage so far has been 1 blown rear diff in an 80 series and suspension bushes in a patrol. The patrol only completed 1 lap.

Will competitor camping be near the shed for this event? Or is that area going to be the designated pits area?

Yes mosko. Camping is around the silver shed area. Grass is slashed so should be good.

With the no beer rule....does that mean no beer at all.... all weekend? I hope it just means while the race is on, I'll be marshalling, so during the event doesn't worry me. But I'm going to NEED a beer after 8hrs of dust/fumes. Just asking, thats all.

Rob, you will be able to have a beer at camp after everything is done and we are at dinner.

And just on marshals, anyone that would like to come and help marshal, could you contact Dukesy, Davo or myself so we can get some numbers. Marshals that help out all day will be fed as well as be invited to the evening dinner and presentations.
