First 4X4

Post by cliffman64 »

Hi there all,

I'm finally getting out and buying my first 4X4! (YEY)
I'm looking at the Navara's because there look pretty tough stock and seem to be fairly cheap. But i've heard they are real lemons

Is this true for all of them or was it just some years? and are they worth buying?

All and any info greatly appreciated

Regards Matty

depends what you want your 4wd for, serious offroad driving or mostly touring.. if ur more into the serious stuff a nav will cost you alot, probs better off buyin a patrol

It will mainly be a work vehicle but I'm looking at it more for touring and some rough camping really.

I've just never really heard anything good about them but i don't want to be completely by-pass them if they are actually a good ute

If its the early navaras,
Id rather a good late nissan 720
The last of them is the best
Theres lemons in just about every model,
Best u can do is buy the best you can with the $$$$ you have to spent

Nothin wrong with a patrol ute
