my winch does not work, it is just a cheap t-max copy. I don't use it much and it has been under water and mud.
the solinoids make a good clean click, I have pulled the motor apart and the brushes were stiff. I have freed them up and reasembled it and it now only works in one direction. When I swaped to two main power wires on the top on the motor it works in the other direction. Is it the solinod? or the motor? Do I want to pull it down and check the brushes again?
Cheers Rhett

winch woes
Its a wheelbase thing
Re: winch woes
have you check that you are getting signal from hand piece
Re: winch woes
if you swaped the two main powers around and work in and out i would not think it would not be the motor possible the solenod is not switching or hand piece not signal not that i no much about winchs but two heads beter than one
Re: winch woes
if the motor works both ways then its not the motor. Probably the solinoid, what type is it?
Re: winch woes
