I was looking at the rules and it says 35mm wheelspacers max. I want to run 2" (50mm ) is it a typo or is that the actual size? Janowen's got a really good camping area and facilities if anyone's missus is on the fence about coming too.

I just worked out that the election is going to be on the saturday. If anyone hasn't noticed we might have to do an absentee vote.

normally in the days leading up to an election they will have a few hours in one or some of the afternoons where you can go to one of the voting places and do it early if you know you will be away and not able to do it

Postal and early (pre-poll) voting: Electors who for various reasons cannot attend a polling place anywhere in the State or Territory for which they are enrolled on polling day can apply in writing for a 'postal vote'. The Divisional Returning Officer (DRO) will then send them their ballot papers which must be posted back to the DRO before polling day. Alternatively an early vote can be cast in person at a divisional office or early voting centre in the lead up to polling day.

you will be 8km from a polling place

ZookStock wrote:Dion, Phil called me about water. I can get it for .66c a bottle, which equates to $16.00 a case. if you are needing 15 or so cases, I may be able to get them cheaper.

You can prob find them at Campbell's cash and carry or the supermarket for cheaper, but if it's convenience you need, I can supply and possibly even drive them down to Janowen on Tuesday night or Wed (It's only 30mins from Toowoomba).

Appreciate the offer Dave. Spoke to Phil and we ended up sorting it out, Thanks though.
