Recently had sub tank issues on 99GU. Guage showed empty when full and wouldn't pump over.
Mech advised to re-set pump by disconnecting batt earth for a minute and then re fit. This resets pump circuit and all now good.
PS I had three replacement pumps fitted in first few thou but no more probs since.
