80 series panhard rod

need some ajustable panhard rods and considering customising my standard 80 ones just wanted a few idea's and curious to know if they are tube or solid? I've been told tube wanted to know the wall thickness?

I was reading a thread in the last few days where someone cut 1 in half and it was solid.

i use one from Superior engineering.
they are very good products.
ive used one in tufftruck and other competitions and all ive managed to do is a slight bend in a tie rod end.
save your time and get one of theirs.

I will 3rd buying an adjustable, I cut mine to shorten it for a special job, normally just buy off the shelf.
