Frontera Farewell

Post by gregp »

Well guys it's just about time to say goodbye to the Frontera and to Australia. Just under 2 months we will both be gone. A final trip has been planned with my 4WD group to send me off, a Midnight to Dawn run from Mt.Walker to Kanangra to Wombeyan Caves on May 1-2. A trip I am really looking forward to, even if it is a red-eye drive I will get to take the old girl on one last long squirt before I hand the keys to Dad.
Awww I'm feeling a little emotional

Cheers

Aw Geez Greg. That'll reduce the Frontera representation by about 30%! Oh well enjoy yourselves over there and keep in touch. I might pass on a shopping list of tricky bits i can't get here if you do.

Regards,
Wayne.

I have mixed feelings for you Greg. You must be sad to leave Oz and the good ol' Frontera but there is no doubt a lot in stall for you in the US of A. There are plenty of Isuzu appreciators over there and some great 4x4 locations. You have to get yourself to Moab by the sound of things. Maybe you can get yourself an Isuzu over there and keep with the feeling!

Anyway, all the best and keep in touch.

Cheers,

Thanks guys, yeah as much as my mixed feelings are, I feel it is something I want to do for myself now.

I will pop in occasionally, but not as an Isuzu owner...going something a little bigger ;) like a DODGE :P

Don't worry I already have a list of "to get and send back" for some fellow 4wders and I'd be glad to help anyone else out.
Cheers
