Do you want to do power steering so you can have hi-steer?
Or just for the ease of power steering?
the cheaper option if you just want power steering is 3L power steering pump, engine mount bracket, reservoir, power steering lines from a 3y petrol 4runner, power steering box from a petrol 3y 4runner, harmonic add on pulley from a 3L and then you have to get a small fan belt.
Then you have power steering.

very very easy to install.
Power steering pump from a 3L is needed, the engine mount bracket, fluid reservoir, new fan belt, IFS power steering box, High pressure lines and the harmonic bolt on wheel for the power steering pump fan belt.
Power steering pump $250 second hand
High pressure lines $50
Bracket $20
Fluid reservoir $25
Power steer box $150
Fan belt $10
Pulley $30

Easy bolt on job I sell lots of them.
Early LN60 4runner all parts bolt strait on or
. power steer box from any leaf spring 4x4 Hilux
. steering column intermeadiate shaft may be required for pre 1986 models
. power steer pump and bracket from LN61 or LN106 LN130
. power steer hoses and pipes from any diesel hilux or 4runner to 1997
. power steer resovouir from LN60 or LN61 + bolts and nuts to mount it.(best fitting)
. lower radiator bypass pipe
. lower radiator outlet (right angle bend)
. left strap off radiator (has bracket for bypass pipe) (Radiator will need to be modified by radiator shop or buy a radiator to suit vehicle with power steer.)
. crank pulley (bolt on) from early 2L LN60 or LN61 - can use A/C pulley from late 2L-T or 3L
. new fan belt kit
. new radiator hoses
p.s I am currently out of stock on leaf spring power steer boxes. The complete kit sells for $880
