Australian 4x4 Masters Series - Round 4

Post by 4x4 Masters »

29th August 2010
Gates open at:
6am for competitors
8am for Spectators
Competition begins 9am

Competition is hot with only 18 point separating TLCC, Bong Bong and Suzuki Clubs.
At least five of the remaining teams can still make it into the top 5 Finals shoot out at the last Round in October.

Lots of strategies coming in to play with everybody wanting to beat everybody else should make for some exciting action.
Will TLCC keep it's lead?
Will Suzuki win a third round?
Will Pete finish more that two courses?
Will Denny damage any more panel work?

All entries and payments must be in by Friday 13th August
This is very important as tickets will be mailed out.
Unlike previous rounds no tickets will be left at the gate under any circumstance.

So get those entries in early for your club, clubs may enter 2 teams for round 4 if they wish.
If you only have 1 car ready from your club we can mix your club with another club, contact us for details.

Entry forms and more info at http://www.4x4masters.com.au" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Spectator entry cost is $30 for the whole day.
Ample parking within 50 meters of the tracks.
No idea on other events but there is almost ALWAYS something on, bikes or cars around the tracks.

Thanks Screwy, I was wondering where we park, as Ive ben out to things at EC before, and had to park at either out next to the road that goes to the kart track, or behind the pits if Im lucky.
And if theres a big race meet on then EC will get crazy with lots and lots of people everywhere.
I really should get to see this event though.
Maybe Ill get some mates together and we will all come and support it.

Ta dudelux, the more support the better, and it's becoming a great event I. Sure you will lobe the spectacle, since it all started the track have become better and spectator access has being expanded.

There is mostly track and or drive days so unlike say the v8s there is still easy access to the site. The courses are on the hill above turn 2 and parking is on the same hill and you run your car down early and keep it there with the fridge and a marquee so you can really watch the action in comfort and style

Hope to see you there mate, any questions ask away ;)

Yeah, behind the most famous VILIS PIES sign, just off the hairpin. Ive been paying more attention to speedweek on sundays to see it progressing.
Wont have to worry about the supertaxis out there now, as they dont like the ripple strips and some other issues with the racetrack. Mostly club days and lots of bikes now.
Yeah park on the hill and put a chair on the tray with the icebox and bbq and all will be sweet.
Cheers Tiny
