Hey guys just wondering I just got my new engine goin and it hooks over my old engine but cause of the bigger injector pump I'm getting hot exhaust temp and I need a water to air intercooler where can I go and just pick one up iv got 1700 and I live in the dandynongs Victoria any info would be a great help

PWR or Frozenboost, or if you want no-bullsh1t guaranteed performance (at a cost), get a Laminova by Matt McInnes.

Just make sure the CFM ratings are close to what you need. I recall there being a few guys on here having to upgrade to bigger cores after finding the ones they originally purchased didn't flow enough.

They need to be big! HP figures from a petrol mean little on Diesel, you will be processing huge quantites of air. A TB42 will make 200 rwKw on 15 psi boost if all is well, a TD42 will need 30 psi to acheive the same figure.

oh shit thanks guys for that info so what do i need to look for i went down to axt turbos and had a look at pwr unit and they wanted 2250 which i thought was quit a bit i was thinking of mayby just goin bk to a top mount wit a thermo but i just cant see them getting no were near as close as wat a w2a would get could any one tell me what horse power one i should get or what im ment to look for chearz guys for the info thnks juzzy

well you could get a top of the line a.r.e water to air for $1700, a.r.e said to me to run a peugeuot radiator there $300 then a bosch pump is about $150 could always try one of them 1500hp ebay ones for $300 just for size reference my intercooler is 350x250x120 and could actually be a bit bigger not sure should be doing some testing soon to see what air temps i get .
could always go front mount air to air there people getting big power with them.
