New 4wd with mods - need advice, a mechanic and engineer

I've just purchased a new 4wd that's had and SAS done and i've got a couple of issues. Basically I want to find a mechanic that has experience with such conversions but that is reasonable - can anyone suggest one?

It also needs to be engineered. Apparently it was built to an engineer's specs, however that engineer is no longer allowed to approve vehicles for the RTA - does anyone know of an engineer who is reasonable? I obviously don't want them to approve something that's unsafe, but I don't want them to pick apart everything on the vehicle and be ridiculous.

Also, with engineering, is it possible to engineer a 4wd on 35s? The main issue I can see are the brakes which aren't fantastic. It's got 15" rims, so is there a way to improve the brakes enough without increasing the size of the brakes?

What other things will I need to look for with an engineer?

I'm in North Sydney, so the closer to me the better I guess. Any advice you can give would be much appreciated

Look on the RTA website for a list of engineers.
ring them and get it 1st hand.
athol on here is also an engineer.

from what i have seen in the past, you might as well disregard the "built to engineers specs" if it hasnt got paperwork with it.
