cut down ute

hi i brought a 94 sierra swb its been cut into a ute does anyone kno if its legal?? do i need a mod plate?? and what shoul i look at to check its done right?? its cut with a raised flat tray

It may be legal, but yes you need a mod plate.

It's normally just he taste police that want ute cuts off the road.
