Soft tops (see pete's well detailed reasons)

Note: girls love the s/t, if your married (as I am), I found that my wife is supportive of the 'soft top zook experience', more to the point, modifying it, paying for it, and working on it, purely because she want's to drive it (when it suit's her)........

I also have other auto interests which she doesn't like, purely because they are 'hard tops'........makes life hard to justify the above expenses, hence it see's more time as a rolling storage unit in the shed.

Do it once..........

My girlfriend enjoys driving mine offroad now that it has a roll cage on it, and she knows that i don't care much about panel damage.

She competed at Cruiserkhana in it last year and won the award for the "competitor that had the most fun" :D This also involved mowing down ever flag in the sandpit slarlom event

But as you know it is far easier to get funding approval if you have the bank manager on side .. ;)

Yeah - we don't want to hear about you and the mother in law grimbo - that Mrs Robinson stuff should be left to trained professionals (i.e. actors). :?

Better go back and consult with Jeanette before trying to post anything "funny" again.
