Seen that, free freight on D34 Optimma yellow..

Had 2 Supercharge overlanders (?), the dual purpose high A/h, high CCA blah blah. Dead in twelve months through use, not really abuse, but enough not to go back to that brand.

Seem to consistently hear good things about optima, think I might make the plunge myself...

hey hey have to say love the thread im in the same boat. dead battery need a new one.

high power diesel, winch, work lights etc.

compared all the numbers pros and cons, heaps of different brands and cant seperate the odyssey dc2150 and the yellow top optima d31a.

odyssey punches better numbers all round except recharge. also like 350 bucks more expensive. only thing holding me back is the supreme vibration resistance of the optima, and why they have such a great name in the 4x4 world, so there it is. my 2cents worth

whats peoples thoughts? seperate them for me.

A quick google search is all you need.

Hastings Deering, Kerry rd, Archerfield.

Part number 115-2422 They have them in stock. I just measured my maximum battery size, and picked the biggest one they had that would fit. Its slightly bigger than a standard N70 though
