heard of this problem before and wondering if anyone can shed some light on this problem i've heard others that had this problem and it went away after simply rotating thier tires, mine happens from about 85 k's to 95 then smooth as at 100 all the way to 140 ish, my gq ute used to get is a tiny bit at 80 but nothin like this???????

It could be one of the bushes in any of the front suspension arms. Tho only reason rotating the tires would help if if they are out of balance. I would try to check all my bushes my self and failing that I would take it to get the wheels balanced and get an alignment. If you do get an alignment make sure they check your caster.

thanks very much mate thats what i thought as well but i'll have a little better look then might have to bite the bullet and get the wheels checked

Fixed mine by fitting a new steering damper and a good tyre balance and alignment, also played around with tyre pressures all with good results.

Also check your ball joints on the relay rod (drag link) & on the tie rod (tie rod ends). Mine had a warn tie rod on the drag link & the death wobble was incredable.
