DUE TO HUGE INTEREST VENUE HAS BEEN CHANGED TO ACCOMODATE EXTRA PEOPLE

Offroad Cartel Clothing Co. has imported the latest Dirtsports DVD - Dezert People 8 - from the crew at racedezert.com this is the latest in a long range of quality offroad racing dvds from Curtis Guise.

We will have a few people heading up from Gladstone to attentd this evening and spend the weekend with a bunch of like minded 4x4 lovers!!
And even my misses is keen because of the fact that we will be staying at a really nice resort

And for anyone who is interested, we could possibly look into having a game of golf on the sat or sun and set up a few ambrose teams!! maybe winch truck v Flat Track or Toyota v The World

Haha, You know i like all types of racing!...... But it is fun to stoke the fire

So Mr Digsy, for the people who are thinking about coming along to check this evening out but are unsure, are you able to give some hints or infomation on the Vehicle line up you will have on show at this premier??

Yeah Mosko I can give you a few little hints...

Our static display will feature 2 of CQs premier Offroad vehicles. Neat, clean, immaculately modified!
We will also have a Class 4 Chev Truck on Display for everyone to check out up close and personal.
We will also have some Dezert prepd motos on display... Previous Finke competitors they have a number of "tweaks" unique to the dezert scene which may interest those interested in dirtsports!

We also have a few excellent lucky door prizes. We aren't talking a stingey cooler...
We're talking Cartel PACKs and Movie Tickets to really step it up!
When the entry price is Free that's one hell of a good deal!!

But of course the absolute highlight will be watching Dezert People 8!
There's multiple tv's to keep the action going no matter where you turn!
The previews of this movie indicate that Curtis Guise has really nailed this dirtsports movie with more Incab, more jumps, more baja and just MORE of the brilliance that make his Dezert People series world reknown!

This is gonna be one night in CQ you don't want to miss!

The team at Offroad Cartel have been working tirelessly this weekend preping, planning and pondering!
The venue is ready, vehicles are getting there!
We also thve a few famous faces traveling up from SEQ to mingle!

I hope all you Dirtsports fans are as excited as we are!!!

We've been over to the venue prepping it up!
This is turning out GREAT!
The weather is looking promising for a few stars out on the night!
And we'll have a few stars at the event too!!!

A few prominate offroad "rockstars" will be headed North to the Dezert People 8 premier! It will be an awesome chance to meet and mingle with some of the AORC legends!

Also I hear good reports that there could be a big future in Offroad Racing in CQ! Stay tuned the CARTEL is in overdrive working this!!

Can't wait to see you all there on Saturday night!

As promised venue photos

Picture the race trucks sitting poolside and 160 offroad race fans watching Dezert People 8 for the FIRST TIME in Australia on 3 x 60 inch Plasmas with surround sound and a full bar at your finger tips and BIG names in the offroad world - like Team Taylor/Rockstar and Shawn Swaffield! It doesn't get any better than that!

What an Awesome night!

We had a great crew, unreal venue and generally just a loose party for the Australian Premier of Dezert People 8!

The DVD is brilliant with more of Curtis Guises magic! There's bigger jumps, more racing and a quality that just jumps off the Plasma!!!

We also had KOH2010 for sale and Dusted Dvds!
They sold like hotcakes and the event overall was a blast for those that made the journey!

What a great night hats off to the cartel crew! Good to see this ( promotion
of the sport ) here in our own back yard!! It's great for our area and it was
good to see people travel from brisbane and all around to attend Well
Done !!

We also did a little presentation to the Crew that ran Pit stops for Team Offroad Cartel @ the Finke Dezert Race.

We had photos from the trip playing through the big screens and handed out engraved plaques as a thanks to the great guys that came and helped us with Finke!

John Curran, Adrian Turner, Billy Geddes, Shawn Swaffield and Ben Balchin for all their help at Finke! We couldn't have done it with out you boys!


We also had the great team from Offroad Promotions at the event. They are the team that put together the AORC coverage in 2009 for ONE HD and they also produced DUSTED, a documentry on offroad racing and it's history in Australia.

They were very excited about what Offroaders were doing up this way in CQ! The future is bright for Dirtsports Enthusiasts in CQ! And Australia as a whole!

I'd say there's only five minutes of footage of KOH2010 in Dezert People 8. But it is great footage. Some incab from Jeff Mellows (I hope that's correct spelling)
I didn't catch any of your flag flying weapon but I haven't had a chance to watch it without a crowd yet either...
So there could be a bit.

Also congrats on the great race result!
It's great to see Aussies pushing it over in the US!! Awesome work!

Also I suppose I should get Dezert People 8 & KOH2010 up on the Cartel Website asap!
