Depends on how many leaves are in your pack and how thick they are (You will also loose some lift taking leaves out.

I currently run a 4 leaf pack (1 custom extended main, 2 helpers and 1 load). This gives me a great ride with the addition of some boss adjustables.

Pictures may help.

i have 5 leaf springs and the load one aswell. The ride is just ok when i fill the back up full of camping gear. My shocks are Ranchos 9000 the adjustable ones and have them on the softest settings so its basically ridding on the leafsprings
