I am changing from carburettor to EFI and seek advice concerning a suitable LPG system. The EFI will be controlled by an aftermarket ECU programmed for both petrol & LPG.
After settling the EFI in, it is intended to add a turbocharger & possibly water injection.
Any advice regarding this query will be appreciated.

Dual Fuel -EFI
Re: Dual Fuel -EFI
hi mate...
I would question why?
If you are going to run lpg - why go to the expense and hassle to set up efi?
If you are planning on running gas 90+% of the time, just set the carby up to run ok in case you need the extra range etc...
Unless you have other big plans in the pipeline - turbo etc... If so and you want lpg, consider straight gas running a gas research set up.
Cheers
Stew
edit - need to read better - yes you want a turbo.... turbo and straight lpg will probably work out cheaper than setting up the efi on its own. no computer required with lpg so you are at least $3000 better off, before you even buy the efi gear....

Re: Dual Fuel -EFI
Thanks for the input. I have the EFI manifold complete, EFI distributor & have an after-market ECU with dual programs for LPG & Petrol at a very reasonable price. I do intend turbo charging, however want to get the system up & running initially.
I am aware of GasResearch LPG throttle bodies, but was seeking more info on other possible alternatives. eg LPG injection.
Would welcome any information or offers re suitable turbo. PS Plan on water/alcohol injection when turbo installed.

Re: Dual Fuel -EFI
Ok my 2c here
Set the EFI setup on but remove the throttle body and go with a Gas research Throttle body, it will work just the same for petrol and will work wonders on gas especally when turbo'd
you will need an Impco or aussie B2 converter to work with this setup
