hey guys, just joined, SO Im not sure If this has been aswered or not, I got a 75 sereis with 2inch springs and 2 inch extended shackles, running 33x12.5's
my rear tyres scrubb out and stop flexing real bad on the chassis, was wondering if anyone has any solutions ? I have the biggest off set rim I can get to. cheers

interesting as i dont have that issue on my 75 running 33s on stock height springs. maybe that's why, less leverage on my bump stops.
that would be your best bet - lengthen your bump stops.
however, is it damaging your tyres?? if not i wouldn't worry, if it is, is that part that's damaging your tyres able to be ground down or smoothed???

although i have had my tyres scrub on my tray, which if i had 2 inch lifted springs would put the scrubing part at my chassis, but still like i said, if its not damaging them, no need to worry

Thats normal for the 70 series range, get more offset, myself I put in a 60 series rear diff which is wider by about 3''.
