Coil over spring rate for patrol

Hey Guy's, Was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction with coil over spring rates..im running airshock/coil over hybrids 14" coil overs for the front 16" for the rear's im just wondering about spring rate's as i dont want to be buying and selling coil's like a mofo i'm interested in seeing what sort of rate would be recommended i've learnt whats on offer and it seems that the options are 150, 175, 200, 225, 250, 275, 300, 325, 350, 400, 450??

any opinions? :popcorn:

Then run your numbers through the coil over calculator that is midway down the first page. These numbers are only initial setup numbers, you still may want to change them after a bit of driving to get the coilovers to where you want them.
