Hey guys,
Looking at getting a 100 series cruiser. How does the 4 spd auto go off road? Does it lock up in first low for steep downhills?
Cheers guys

Re: Cruiser Auto
my 80 doesn't, but you wouldn't want it to anyway. 1st gear in the 4spd is 2.9ish to 1 ratio, or in terms of the 5 speed manual it's 2nd gear. Would you go down an uber steep hill in 2nd low? Better off doing it in neutral and using the brakes.
Otherwise it's fine off road. Goes up hills no worries. It will run away on you though so you have to be vigilant of your speed. Same as if you were driving on road.

The worst part about being told you have Alzheimer's, is that it doesn't just happen once.
