well i asked for massive hp and torque and thats what i got, the compromise was always gunna be ecconomy. haven't done and figures yet but at a guess it prob ain't real good. but saying that i've been up it like i stole it.

the pump is outputting just over 3 times the max of a standard pump and i'm punchin 30psi max outta a big turbo. ecconomy was never my thing

haha far out it must be an animal :) would be interesting to see the figures on dyno, I have a gu 4.8 petrol, it has great power but the economy is very sad, this is why I am thinking of going back to a 4.2 td with some modification, but i think at the end of the day it will be 6 of one and half a dozen of another. a standard 4.8 or a modified 4.2td with a large pump will most likely be similar on fuel.

some of the highly modified pumps are getting better economy than standard pumps. 30 Psi needs ALOT of fuel to keep going, if you ran 20 Psi you would prolly still get fairly good economy.
turbos are nice but i'd rather be blown
