Where is the best place to shop for this kind of job. I will be ready to tackle it in the next 2 weeks . Im in brisbane and searched the forum on info for this but couldnt find what i was looking for . I have the f2 motor but will be going chev when this motor blows up. Its the original motor so its gotta happen sooner or later. Any info would be great .

Look at a couple of threads in the bible on this section of the forum, plenty of useful info there.

I have just finished a power steering conversion this week on an fj40, I used a late model column too, which really helps creature comfits like adjustable height and not having the steering wheel up in your face. I am on the gold coast and the truck will be in my shop for another two weeks if you would like to come and have a look. PM me for details.
Regards,
Luke

Hi mate,

I've got a 60 series box, pump and linkages which is perfect for a 40 Series power steering conversion... I was going to do it but other priorities have come up :(

I currently have it on ebay for $250 starting bid or $300 buy it now, but for a fellow OL'er I'll sell it for $250 buy it now. I'm located in Indooroopilly, 8km from Brisbane CBD.
