Found an ad for five landcruiser :
"steel split rims 7.5 x 16 five stud.
3 Kumo Road Ventures atr about 50% tread.
2 Cooper Discovery atr about 60% tread.
tyres are 235/85r16"
I didn't think standard cruiser split rims came that wide.. If they do i want them!
Can someone please confirm whether they did indeed come with that width?
I can't find any definite answers :(

7.5 inch split rims fit 100 series?

the 7.5 bit is referring to the width of the tyre that can be fitted, the actual rims will be 5.5 inches wide, though I have heard that 100 series split rims were 6 inch wide?

the tyres are listed as 235/85r16" and he says that the 7.5 is stamped into the rim??

Landcruisers have only ever had 5.5 or 6 inch split rims. A 235/85 would surely be too narrow for a 7.5 inch rim.
