I have tried the search system without much luck, a member called turbo4.8 put up some pics of his brothers buils on 24 may 2007. I thought this looked great, so ive stripped out my wagon and my mate is starting work. I want to shunt the rear pillars forward like tubo did. One question that comes to mind is, where the rear passenger door closes against the front pillar. What do you do there? looks like its just filled with bog. I can't see how you could weld it with the rubbere door seal in place.
If anyone can offer help in a step by step guide or provide a link i'd be grateful.
Seems there are lots of blokes trying to get tips for this build maybe someone could start a thread from start to finish

hey mate you need to remove the door hinges and weld it shut then make a plate to cover that.. or leave the door hinges in to hold position plate arond them ad silicon the rest
