as above when i brake hard the car violently pulls hard right, is a solid front

Sounds like the brakes on your left side are not working correctly.

Also check that the torque rod is still being used on the front end and has been set up correctly.

X2 I had a similar problem and it was brakes on one side

I have had simiilar when the torque rod lost its bolt on the diff so it had disconected ln106 hilux
check both ideas

might be worth checking shocks too

check the nuts are done up really tight on the u bolts.
sounds stupid but ive seen it happen.
