Shane is this still going to on, i have a feeling we may have to wear our boardshorts as we are going to be swimming.

According to the Park its all good so its still on

last time i was up it was around 980mm deep in one spot crossing the river and i expect it will still be that deep if the river is flowing slightly as it keeps all the holes topped up.

You haven't driven it for a while have you? I finally got sick of the mud getting in the airbox at TTC and have ducted the intake into the cab. So just remember if the water gets above waist height when you're sitting in the cab (ok shoulder height for you ), hit the hydraulics and lift it up!

Not too sure how to stop the engine fan becoming a propeller in the water though....

thats right ... one of saturdays daylight runs is optional so you could miss the morning run and still make the finals

We should be there, we still dont have the front end together on the Lux but hopefully i can find daves spare lonfield here in the shed somewhere as i just noticed the longside is broken when i went to refit them. cv's who needs them anyway, i just better not slow down or i'm in trouble

had to pillage a few bits out of the bus last night to get the new 1 running. would of been awesome to tow the old girl out with the new girl for 1 last smash it up run as everything was bent anyways. enjoy guys and have a good time. will be there again in a few years when the new bus is built. starts in feb.

i'm camping with some friends at "the Gums" this time but will be over at the track early.

i usually camp at the start/finish line .

had a great weekend despite the rain, the floods, the competition getting flooded out, the 4B getting stuck on the other side of the crossing and having to walk back to camp soaking wet ...
