hi guys, is it a big job upgrading the plunger size in the 4.2 gu injector pumps, have mine out at the moment , half considering it while its out, anyone done one?

yeah mate its not something you can do at home its needs to go to a diesel specialist as there is machining you need to do to get the larger plunger fit and also there is cam work etc to get it all going proplerly and they test it for flow etc also if its apart youll need them to put it back together with origianl specs and resela it which will be arou 900 all up and 12mm plunger upgrad is 1900 at most, try diesel injection in bundy
