hey i bought a car trailer and its got electric brakes, iv also got a in cab electric controller in my 80 and the problem is the trailer brakes wont work, has anyone got a answer??

Check for a dirty connection between the 2 plugs.
35's, F & R lockers, winch, turbo, yada yada.
