Looks fairly current to me. NCOP states (WA, TAS) seem correct. QLD (still) hasn't adopted the NCOP AFAIK, so those regs should still be correct. Not sure on NSW, VIC etc???

Says SA is a NCOP state. It certainly wasn't in 2007, and based on a long conversation with the engineer who did my Pajero, it never had been.

According to the link, SA would allow a 50mm increase in tyre diameter for offroad 4wds. If that was the case in 2007, three engineers I spoke to never brought it up.

Some states have also introduced a limit on increasing rim size - in SA, no more than 2" larger than the largest rim offered by the manufacturer.
