oil light stays on

ive got a 2003 gu 3lt and the oil light on the dash stays on when i start it up, the oil and filter has just been changed and the sender was changed last year when it happen

These have 2 oil pressure switches maybe its the other switch , on the drivers side above the starter and one on the passenger side of block ? have you replaced both ?

if it were me, i would install an aftermarket gauge (even if temporary) to ensure the factory gauges are telling the truth. oil pressure is not something you want to mess with.
