Hi,

I haven't been to any of your Challenges yet. One question i have is it a driving style event with no winches required on cars?

Yes that is correct winches are not a required for the competition, however they are used from time to time for recoveries.

So a comp car doesn't need to have a winch? Obviously you guys have recovery cars if required.

Looking good then!

Depending on what you enter your 4x4 in.

As long as you have rated recovery points. And For safety, no matter what you enter in. A helmet.. Just in case you come unstuck....

Due to the recent flooding at the property the private 2x2 entry is still closed.
Car trailers will need to be unloaded and left on the side of the track before entering the property.
Last Wednesday the creek was up to the grass at the office.
Thanks to Mother Nature your old tracks all have new bolder positions for you to try out.
To help with staffing we would appreciate pre-day registrations which can be filled out on our website

just a question, do you class tyre size as per what is written on it, or by what it measures?

it is a legit question, some comps actually have hand held jigs set at 37 or whatever and use it to measure the tyre. and last i checked my 36's measured 35 so i will fit in 35" class with no penalty if they measure instead of read.

They don't Measure like that and I must admit never heard of any comp doing that. They don't seem to be too full on when it comes to requirements but if it says 36 they wouldn't consider them to be 35's. Good luck though it's pretty cruisy and good fun I'll be there at least to watch

Yes. you can just disable a locker.
But what lift do you have with a SPOA? If it is over a 4" lift I think you get a 5 point penalty per track.
At the end of the day, you run where you have the most fun.

Hi,

What class would a Hilux with 33's, 2" lift and coil rear end have to run in?
I was planning on Street Extreme Class.

Thanks

Yes Suspension Stuff Challenge is on this Saturday the 5th starting 8.30am with the briefing.
The 2x2 drive private entry road is still closed due to flood damage so you need to park up and walk the last couple of hundred meters.
Our main 4x4 entry track is open you just need to chose your line in some sections.
The Logan City Stroke Clubs will be cooking a BBQ lunch $2.50 for a sausage.
All money raised this Saturday will be going towards their Flood Relief Cleaning Buckets for stroke survivors affected by the recent floods in and around Toowoomba.
If you would like to support the Stroke groups with this service project donations can be given Saturday. $45 fills one of these buckets.
