gu auto gear box please help

hi all im just curious i have a gu auto out of a petrol 4.5 ltr im wondering if its possible to fit this box to any other motor {ie td42,tb42,or 3.0 ltr diesel } any help will be appreciated thanks guys

it is possible to fit your auto to the back of a td42, and I dare say you can on a tb42 aswell, mike from 'on and off road mechanical' has done a 4.5 petrol auto onto a gu td42, he is in brendale in brisbane. I don't have his nu handy but you should be able to find his nu on the web.

They have all sorts of adaption kits on there site.

The auto will bolt to a tb42 tb48. Will also bolt to a td42 but the diesels run a 3 bolt starter rather than the 2 bolt that tthe petrols run.
