Taxi Bars and Harness mounts

Post by joshy »

Need to put harnesses in the Nav, but not sure what the go is with the Taxi bars? What have people done in dualcabs without internal cages? Mounts/design etc...

Any help greatly appreciated.

bit more searching i found this
http://www.ccda4wd.com.au/images/Rollov ... 060428.pdf" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

So the taxibar main hoop for the ute cage, does it still need backstays or front stays? makes it look like i need to build an internal cage just for the harness mounts? :?

im pretty sure ive seen them sandwhich plated on the floor
Like a bar with 2x 90 degree bends at either end welded onto a piece say 100x100x5 and a piece of 100x100x5 on the bottom side of the floor with bolts holding the 2 pieces together

NOTE:the sizes are examples only
