hj47 doors without quarter glass

hi all does anyone no where i can get these doors pictured here without the 1/4 glass and what parts are needed and are they available to make my standard doors and windows like these

1. Just get a pair of doors from a 1975 - 1980 40 series they have no quarter glass. But, the felts and rubber aren't as good and the full windows rattle. I'd have the later model doors with the quarter glass anyway.

mate if you have the doors with 1/4 glass and are dead set on having full windows its probably gunna be easier to swap them with someone.
PLENTY of people would kill for the 1/4 glass jobs, just ask around

i find the full windows rattle alot.
you would be able to find some doors and get them painted for fairly cheap if you look hard.

i have an old wreck up the back which has full windows. the doors are farked but. if ur interested i can get some pics for ya and work out a price or something.

sounds like the best bet is just to keep them with the quarter glasses last thing i want is more rattles, does anyone know where i can get a rubber kit for the rubbers around the quarter glass as mine is all hard and buggered

There's a place in Adelaide - Auto Restorer's Hotline maybe? Sloth84 mentioned them in his buildup thread. You can still get genuine ones, but they are expensive, I paaid $146 for one quarter glass rubber. Good quaality but bloody hell.

holy dooly if i had bought geniune rubbers for myne it would be worth more then the car haha! yeah mate restorers hotline are the go. ill get the number and get back to u.

pretty sure mate if you want the full glass doors,just unscrew all the quarter glass bits and pieces from your doors and pull it all out,thats what i did with mine,and as for the glass,make a template out of some 3mm mdf and take it to a glass mob and they'll make em for ya,you can even get the tinted glass.
