Post by Feroza92 »

Hey guys im new hear and new to my feroza. Today my problem started with my engine cutting out, it happens when my revs are getting low while stopping at the traffic lights! If anyone knows whats up with it or how to fix would love to hear.

Welcome to Outers. Where are you located?

First a few questions:

Do you have aircon? Is it on when it cuts out?

Do you have power steering?

Any other relevant info? i.e. how is the idle/running normally? Rough, smooth, erratic?

400 sounds low, up your idle to like 900 or something, pretty sure thats about where mine sits, 8 or 900. is it the f300 series? if it is theres a rubber cap on the efi, under that theres a thing to change the idle with a straight blade screwdriver

Yeah, between 800 and 900. By the book Idle should be 850 +/- 50 rpm.
