For this round only we are requesting that if you wish to Nominate online and pay by EFT Direct Deposit you can email admin on admin@toughtracks4wdclub.org and request a online nomination form and bank details, these will then be sent back to you via your email.
For this round only you can nominate via the following options:
1. Email admin on admin@toughtracks4wdclub.org and request a nomination form.They will then send you a nomination form in word format and the bank details for Direct Deposit. Fill out the nomination form in full(we need all your details to notify you if the round is postponed due to weather) and email it back to admin. Pay your deposit via direct deposit and remember to bring proof of EFT payment with you on the day of the comp for admin to acknowledge payment. You will still need to sign your filled out nomination form on the day.
2. Nominate and pay at the club meeting next Wednesday the 2nd February.
3. Nominate via email the same way as in item 1 but pay on the day of the comp. Please inform admin that you will be doing this when you send back your nomination form.
4. Finally but we ask that you try not to do it this way unless you have no other choice is to nominate and pay on the Saturday morning of the event.
We are endevouring to fix this problem soon and may have it ready before round 1 however it will be ready by round 2.
The reasons for changing how we do the nominations is to minimize the amount of paper work that the admin team have to do prior to the event starting on the Saturday morning of the comp which means we will be able to start on time,we will be able to limit the amount of money/cash they need to be carrying on the day, give the club contact details of everyone competing so that you can be informed directly if the round is postponed for any reason or if things change and also gives us an idea of numbers that will be competing prior to the event.
