2.8 3L hilux overheating

new standard radiator new water pump new thermostat and recently serviced fan and the temperature still rises on the hot days can anyone think of anything i have missed

i have no idea but have you flush the block check the hose havent got crap in them

mine dont go over half with AC on

Likewise I'd flush the cooling system thoroughly. Not done it on a lux yet, but on other cars I usually take the thermostat out and attach the garden hose to the thermo housing and flush high pressure backwards through the system until it comes out clean, then forwards at the bottom hose again until it comes out clean.

I can't think of anything else you'd need to do.. with a new rad, pump, thermo and working fan you shouldn't have any overheating probs at all.

How did you service the fan and do you still have the fan shroud on? How hot is it getting?

thanks for the advice i think i will flush the system. and i am missing one half of the fan's shroud ill post how it goes later.
