Extractors and exhaust for 4.5 petrol ?
Extractors and exhaust for 4.5 petrol ?
Just wondering if any of you with 4.5's, have gone down the extractors and exhaust route for a bit of extra power, and how much difference it made.

Re: Extractors and exhaust for 4.5 petrol ?
I had a full 2.5 inch sports system with pacemaker extractors no rear resonator + high flow cat fitted to my tb45 gu, duel fuel. Made it run smoother at traffic lights, had better response, reved out more while on gas and gave slight noticeable power increase with on average 30 - 40 more K's per tank of LPG. Big difference to performance on petrol with addition to a snorkel and iridium plugs. Exhaust cost about $1300 fitted from memory. Down side is it was quite loud when you stick the boot in.
