hey guys,
like most nissan owners, i bent a trailing arm and decided to buy superior ones for more strength, the ones i pulled out were 675mm long and when reading the specs before ordering didnt realize i was reading GU specs cause they were in the GQ section, turns out GU trailing arms are 675mm standard and i must of had GU trailing arms in there and cause i didnt realize i wasnt reading the GQ specs just ordered the standard length GQ ones, is this still gonna be okay cause GQ standard length are 10mm shorter.
hope you under stand any of that, thanks

gq rear control arm
gq wagon, 5 inch spring lift, 2 in body, 5 litre efi wheeza
Re: gq rear control arm
couldn't see it being a drama. I run heavy duty ones with a 6" lift that are factory GQ length. Reason I stayed factory length was the 35's just hit the quarters as is any longer & they're really bite into them.
Re: gq rear control arm
Not too sure how you got mixed up but thats all good, it is still fine to use those arms, it should not cause any problems providing your pinion angle has not gone too far out, if you have upper adj arms all will be fine.
Have a look at this link and check the tech page, if the pinion is bad you can send back the arms for a swap over no problems.
