Just spoke with Steve and he tells me its not to bad. plenty of wind to dry it out. The 2 hills on the way in are a bit greasy. Course may be shorter than planned but something will happen. Maybe a bit harder than planned. See yas there.

Thanks Cookie (& crew), Phil, Lindsay, Logan Club & City View for the run .... well the part we did anyway :) , was a steep learning curve considering I have never used a GPS before. Am keen to have another go, hoping to get further next time

Bit hard to post and actual winner out of this, but Chris and Di in there first run in the GQ would take it out. They found all the points but not the word, they were helped by Bruce and Russel and also Hayden in the GU ute. Hope the run on the other side did not scare the newbys to gps runs. Would have been a bit daunting dropping over the hill and a slight turn at the same time in the dark. To make it worse was the big drop off on the right hand side. Good work the the new comers for having a go. Hopefully the weather will be a bit more kind to us next time and give us the whole park. Thanks Birdy for the pre run snacks and breaky the next morning. Thanks to Scotty, Hugo(not much help really) and Lindsay for helping out. See you on the next one.
