This is the same as asking to buy a Nissan or toyota. It's personal preference. I have had a Detroit and air locked and I much prefer air lockers.

my mate has a factory turbo auto 80 and he had auto lockers fitted front and rear about 12 months ago He loves it, it still drives great on road and is awsome offroad. they are good value for money if you dont wanna spend big $$$ on air lockers.

I started with an auto locker in the rear and then put an air locker in the front. Auto locker works well but in the future i will relace it with an air locker, sometimes it would be good to turn off the rear.

I have had air lockers in previous cars and now have detroit lockers in my 80. I wouldn'y recommend them and I would buy air lockers next time and not autolockers.

I'd like the E-locker or factory lockers in my 80 instead of the air lockers i have front n back. Seem to have to keep replacing the o ring seals in the center to stop oil leaking out every few years. Few mates have auto's in their fronts and like em but i like to have them on or off as i need.
