Post by Surfection »

So....who from the southern states is planning on making the trek up to Queensland for round one ?! I have at least week off to head up, not sure if it's to compete or to spectate/wheel the local trails. I know Dan will be there, Ben and Sarah are also definate's, Carlton, you'll be heading up won't you ? J.K ? Craig ? Shorty ?
So who else ? :D

each way?

My old man booked some tickets to melb the other day. Virgin was really cheap like that going there, but some insane price for the trip back. He ended up booking with qantas and was a heap cheaper.

Some guys in the club are going up, but i am not sure if they are going to drive or fly. Flying is good, can sink more piss then!

it is 33 each way, they often charge more for the return trip like they did to your old man but that is waiverd for the next 3 days, so i am pretty sure it is 66 return.

I will be coming up the same wednesday as ben, not sure what time. Up until now i was going to stay till the following wednesday but i may be able to stretch it to the following weekend and come home on the sunday.
We'll see what happens.

I am going up to compete if my rig is ready. I need to rent a decent trailer though. If there were a few from Victoria competing maybe we can get them trucked up?

If some of you guys are staying after XRCC then i will be keen for a run on either the monday or tuesday.

Outerlimits training grounds should be the go.

Either "highway to hell" or "The Soup bowl".

If you didn't Roll, snap, break or bend during XRCC then you sure will after this. :D

So who's keen, should be a good fun day for all.

No!

But you can drive right down to the start of the "Soup Bowl".

From there the track is only about 500m long, but will take the best part of 10 hours to get them all through!!!!!
