Offroad Boss Lady Drivers Challenge 19 March 2011

A competition for the ladies that have the skill and enjoy the thrill of 4WD. Ladies are welcome to have male navigators. The first event was run in 2010 and was well received. This year, as requested by the ladies we are offering two competitions

•19 March 2011
•10 September 2011
Competitor entry fee $50.00 plus camping fees

We have made some changes, based on feedback and interest, we will have 2 classes, the will be worked out based on drivers ability rather than type of 4WD:

•Novice
•Experienced

Again great prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each class. 1st in Novice will again be a night on the Gold Coast and dinner.

Last years Offroad Boss Ladies challenge was a great success, and a great day for all involved! It turned out to be one of the most fun and social events of the year, with some VERY impressive drives from the ladies. This year as stated, the event will be held as a two round series, and we hope continues to draw more and more of the female’s surrounding our sport out for a drive.
The centre of attention is on the novice class, as this is an entry level event and as such the main prize will go to the winner of Novice class, and this year is not only a night for two at the Marriott Hotel in Surfers Paradise, but also includes complete access to the Elandra Retreat Club. Situated on the 27th floor, the Elandra Club offers a full breakfast, light refreshments through the day, canape’s and complimentary drinks and dinner in the evening , valet parking and a nightly refresh service. Retreat club guest rooms offer complete indulgence and privacy within the resort, making it the ultimate package available from the Marriott.
Second prize for both classes is yet to be confirmed. Hope to see you all there.

Hi Guys, just a reminder the Lady's 4WD event is only a couple of weeks away. We would like online registrations just to assist with organising. We have had many verbals from people, but would like to get the ladies to register so we have an indication on the types of vehicles we will have entering.

Tracks will be based on the ability of the vehicles and drivers confidence.

Come on, get on board ladies and support this special event for you!

We have a few brand new novice 4x4 drivers to the competition this year who are looking forward to speaking to some experienced lady drivers.

Come on guys you want their permission to go out and play occasionally and this could be the best way to show them what fun 4x4 driving can be. You can be their navigator or organise a mate to help out if you don’t want a domestic

You never know they may be lucky enough to win one of the fantastic prizes on offer.

The Logan City stroke Clubs will be running a BBQ lunch again
