if joe is making you some cromo 26 spliners for both ends your front numbers would then be wrong.you would be after the 88 both ends in arab lockers unless you want to spend a heap and wait ages on 26 conversion set for the arab and up to you with the front if you want to go couplers or not. i run one in the front with couplers and thinks its quiet and money well spent but that is all up to you just make sure you buy the right shyt first time man

thanks tonka

getting the 1510 for the front till jow has made the 26 splines axels then ill buy the 1530

thought id have some fun whilst i wait

jow said it will be 6 months but it could be a year so im not waiting till there done id rather be out in the bush then when there ready upgrade.

couplers are the way to go but for now ill settle without couplers at the front till joe has finsihed

agreed,im sure you can sell a 1510 off for something but would be a bit of a waste to buy one twice as such. im sure youll sort it out but defo a good idea trying to get out the bush more often

when you get the 26spline axles you can still keep the 1510 locker just fit side gears
from a rear diff.

i have never heard the 1510 in my wt 2pin front diff, it just works. the 1530 rear one was
very noisy, i have removed it as i wore out the shims(took about 70000km) the locker is still
fine and is now in the front of a mates vitara.
